Half Marathon Training Package Level: Beginner
Our beginner half marathon training package is recommended for runners who have a never run a half marathon all the way up to five (5) half marathon finishes. Also, the accountability package will help you keep focused on achieving your daily and weekly goals. With you cookbook, the recipes are easy to bake and they taste awesome! When training for a half marathon you must be properly fueling your muscles! In your half marathon training plan, it will elaborate in detail about rest, half marathon pace, midweek training, cross training, slow runs, walking breaks, and your weekly long runs. We will encourage you to run in 5k and 10k races on your long run days because it will provide valuable race experience as well as a better training atmosphere, as well as a cool t-shirt!
