Half Marathon Training Package Level: Intermediate
Our intermediate half marathon training package is recommended for runners who have at least five (5) half marathon finishes and are looking to improve their next half marathon race time. Your accountability package is where we will call, email, and text you to help you keep focused on achieving your daily and weekly goals. With your cookbook, the recipes are easy to bake and they taste awesome! When training for a half marathon you must be properly fueling your muscles! In your half marathon training plan, it will elaborate in detail about rest, half marathon pace, midweek training, cross training, slow runs, walking breaks, and your weekly long runs. We will encourage you to run in 5k and 10k races on your long run days because it will provide valuable race experience as well as a better training atmosphere, as well as a cool t-shirt!
